A promise in business is rare these days, but we have one. We stand behind the quality of our work. We promise to be competent and caring in all the relationships and goals we pursue. If our counsel is followed and we haven’t achieved the objectives we’ve agreed upon, then we  think it only fair to get a chance for a “do-over” to make it right. If we still can’t get it done, then we’ll return your money.

 

While we work on difficult or tension-laced issues, we'll do our level best to keep it light, to stay focused on the goal, and to get it resolved.  We're not "drive-by" consultants, but "dive in" adjuncts to your team. Period.
